HOT OFF THE PRESS!

Check it out – the brand new edition of Norfolk & Suffolk Bride Magazine features the real-life June 2021 Little Green Wedding Barn wedding of Maxine and Ben. 

Having got engaged in November 2019, they started to look for venues for their wedding and, quite by chance, Ben came across Little Green Wedding Barn online – it was exactly what Maxine had always dreamed of and it just happened to be right on their doorstep too. So, they came to visit and to meet us – and Maxine says ‘after just one look at the gorgeous barn and the stunning views, we knew it was the one for us’. They booked ahead for June 2020 … then, of course, Covid struck, delaying their plans. Maxine kept busy, being furloughed from her job, creating invitations and table numbers.  Once Lockdown was lifted she found ‘the perfect’ wedding dress in Norwich – nothing like she had envisaged wearing but knowing it was just right. 

At the introduction of the third Lockdown, Maxine started to panic!  But we were there for them always to reassure them that their day would be as close to their dreams as possible.  Feeling ‘in safe hands’ they vowed they would continue with their wedding ‘whatever the circumstances’.  Maxine said ‘What a day it was … the weather was glorious, the flowers were stunning, the venue was dressed beautifully, the food was delicious and our entertainment was excellent. Most importantly, we got to spend it with friends and family’.
