WHO WE ARE
Hello and welcome to Little Green Wedding Barn. We have a great team of people involved that work hard behind the scenes and front of house to bring you your special day all headed up by myself Paul - the person behind the Little Green Wedding Barn, and parent to two rather crazy but lovely children, Lily & Rosy who would love you to buy some of their handmaid confetti for your special day. Oh and we can’t not mention, Lord Percy our loveable black cat and Mr Lockwood – a cockerel that we’ve unofficially adopted; he loves to strut around the grounds.
Having moved into the Suffolk pink Farmhouse here at Little Green in 2016, we set about planning the dream wedding venue that ticked all of the boxes that we were looking for to create the perfect wedding venue. We opened in 2020 and upon completion of our venue, held our first wedding in June 2021. Within our first year of opening we won the Regional Winner at the 2022 Wedding Industry Awards for ‘Best Barn Venue’ in the East of England.
Food is at the very heart of our barn with over 25 years’ experience of serving up modern British cuisine at The Fox & Goose in the nearby village of Fressingfield, before deciding to create a brand new wholesome, home-grown business.
The Little Green Wedding Barn is steeped in history and with plenty of character, providing one of the largest, most spectacular exclusive-use spaces in which to get married. Quite simply we want to create a little bit of magic. Those all-important ‘magic moments’ that we all yearn for. You know the ones we mean. Special memories that will be talked about and remembered for years to come.
Our overarching objective is to provide a welcoming and memorable setting for couples to make their own. Besides, this isn’t just a wedding venue - it's home. As such, we care about the venue, and our personal approach means that no event need look or feel the same, nor will you be treated like ‘just another’ bride or groom. And while we're on hand to share our creative ideas or advice, we’re just as happy to leave you to it, to create your own dream day.
